Our mission is to generate technically strong, well-educated and experienced skilled human resources to the Employers. Inorder to train human resources, we have our own training Institute which produces a quality and skilled human resources. This institute is specially established to train Nepalese workers who are planning to migrate to the foreign countries for the jobs. Under this institution we provide training for scaffolds, masons, Shuttering Carpenters, Welders, Steel Fixtures, Plumbers, Building Painters, House Wiring Electricians, Carpenters, Spray Painters, Security Guards, General Cleaners, House Keeping, Construction Labors and an Agriculture Labors etc.

Our vision is to provide an employment opportunity to Nepalese workers in overseas by matching their skills, knowledge and experience they gained and placing these workers overseas assists in minimising the unemployment within country. The economy of county has been benefited from the remittance sent by these worker; these remittance also upbring the living standard of their family back home.
